Die Garantie deckt Herstellungs- und Materialfehler 5 Jahre ab dem Kaufdatum ab. Treten während der Garantiezeit Material- oder Herstellungsfehler an dem gelieferten Produkt auf, gewähren wir im Rahmen der Garantie den Austausch gegen ein gleichwertiges Produkt (ggf. auch ein Nachfolgemodell).
Der Kunde muss das Produkt zusammen mit dem Kaufbeleg an der Verkaufsstelle einreichen. Die Garantie wird ungültig, wenn das Ladegerät geöffnet, unsachgemäß behandelt oder von jemand anderem als von Johannes J. Matthies GmbH & Co. KG oder dessen autorisierten Stellvertretern repariert wurde. Eines der Schraubenlöcher an der Unterseite des Ladegerätes ist versiegelt. Ein Entfernen oder Beschädigen des Siegels führt zum Erlöschen der Garantie.
Johannes J. Matthies GmbH & Co. KG gibt außer dieser Garantie keine weiteren Garantien und übernimmt keine Haftung für weitere Kosten, die über die oben genannten Kosten hinausgehen; d.h. es wird keine Haftung für Folgeschäden übernommen. Des Weiteren ist Johannes J. Matthies GmbH & Co. KG nicht dazu verpflichtet, andere als diese zu geben. Die gesetzliche Gewährleistung wird durch die erteilte Garantie nicht eingeschränkt.
Johannes J. Matthies GmbH & Co. KG, Hammerbrookstraße 97, 20097 Hamburg, Germany gives the original purchaser of the product a limited warranty. This warranty applies to Europe and is not transferable.
The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects for 5 years from the date of purchase. If, during the warranty period, material or manufacturing defects occur on the delivered product, we guarantee the replacement of an equivalent product (possibly also a successor model) within the scope of the guarantee.
The customer must submit the product together with the sales receipt at the point of sale. The warranty is void if the charger is opened, handled improperly, or repaired by someone other than Johannes J. Matthies GmbH & Co. KG or its authorized representatives. One of the screw holes on the bottom of the charger is sealed. Removing or damaging the seal will invalidate the warranty.
In addition to this warranty, Johannes J. Matthies GmbH & Co. KG makes no further warranties and assumes no liability whatsoever for any additional costs beyond the above costs; Ie no liability for consequential damages is assumed. Furthermore, Johannes J. Matthies GmbH & Co. KG is not obligated to provide other than this. The statutory warranty is not restricted by the guarantee given.
