JASO (Japanese Automobile Standards Organization) hat mit der JASO T 903 einen eigenen Standard für 4-Takt-Motorradmo-torenöle entwickelt. Die Abstufungen MA, MA1 und MA2 erleichtern die Auswahl von Motorradmotorenölen, welche speziell für Nasskupplungen entwickelt wurden. JASO MA2 steht hierbei für die höchsten Reibwerte und somit für eine optimale Kupplungsverträglichkeit beim Gangwechsel, während der Beschleunigungsphase und auch bei gleichmäßig hoher Geschwindigkeit.
VORTEILE: - Niedriger Traktionskoeffizient der Ester-Komponenten reduziert Reibungsverluste und verbessert die Gesamtperformance. - Ester-Komponenten verbessern in Verbindung mit dem Additivpaket die Scherfestigkeit, den Verschleißschutz und die Lebensdauer von Motor und Getriebe. Dies wird mit dem herausragenden FZG (Forschungsstelle für Zahnräder und Getriebebau) Testergebnis der Schadenslaststufe >14 FLS (Failure Load Stage) dokumentiert. Je kleiner der Wert z.B. 1 FLS desto geringer der Verschleißschutz, je höher der Wert z.B. >14 FLS, desto besser ist der Verschleißschutz des Getriebes. Mit diesem Test lässt sich feststellen, ob eine angemessene Schmierfilmdicke zwischen den Zahnrädern eine zuverlässige Funktion des Getriebes gewährleistet. - Optimierter Gehalt an Schwefel und Phosphor stellen langfristig die Funktion von Katalysatoren sicher. - Verhindert Korrosion und Verschmutzungen im Motor. - Für moderne Motorentechnik mit Nasskupplung und Getriebeschmierung im gleichen Ölbad. JASO (Japanese Automobile Standards Organization) has developed its own standard for 4-stroke motorcycle engine oils, JASO T 903. The gradations MA, MA1 and MA2 facilitate the selection of motorcycle engine oils specifically designed for wet clutches. JASO MA2 stands for the highest friction values and thus for optimum clutch compatibility during gear changes, during the acceleration phase and also at consistently high speeds.
ADVANTAGES: - Low traction coefficient of ester components reduces friction losses and improves overall performance. - Ester components, in conjunction with the additive package, improve shear strength, wear protection and engine and transmission life. This is documented with the outstanding FZG (Forschungsstelle für Zahnräder und Getriebebau) test result of >14 FLS (Failure Load Stage). The smaller the value e.g. 1 FLS the lower the wear protection, the higher the value e.g. >14 FLS the better the wear protection of the gearbox. This test can be used to determine whether an adequate lubricant film thickness between the gears ensures reliable operation of the gear unit. - Optimized content of sulfur and phosphorus ensure long-term functioning of catalytic converters. - Prevents corrosion and contamination in the engine. - For modern engine technology with wet clutch and gear lubrication in the same oil bath. No clutch sticking and slipping. - The smooth-running viscosity enables rapid oiling even in the starting phase, reduces critical cold-start wear and is ideally suited for hydraulic tappets.
